 Social Worker Assistance

Social workers play a significant role in supporting patients with vision loss, assisting them in handling obstacles and fostering self-assurance and self-reliance in their everyday lives.

Al Shurooq School provides services of counseling, guidance, and psychological support for the students and their families to help them deal with difficulties, and social problems that they face. Moreover, the School provides training in the fields of psychological health, psycho-trauma, and visual disabilities. Moreover, the social worker builds connections and partnerships with local community institutions to exchange guidance and awareness meetings and workshops, as part of exchanging experiences.

In addition, the social worker- through a follow-up program- provides comprehensive support for students who have completed their education up to the fifth grade at Al Shurooq School and are now transitioning into mainstream classes.  Click for more details.
