Al Shurooq School's Kindergarten program
is designed for children aged 3 to 6 who are visually impaired and possess a level of independence, without significant additional disabilities.
This specialized program is characterized by its balanced blend of education and entertainment.

On one Hand, the educational component with the primary aim of enhancing the academic competencies of these young learners encompasses several key areas.
Firstly, it instills self-awareness by teaching children to identify and articulate their names, family members, and relatives. Secondly, it introduces and explores various concepts such as prepositions, size differentials, shapes, seasons, weather, and sensory perception. Thirdly, educational sessions are further divided into alphabet and number instruction, incorporating activities like story reading, arts and crafts, hands-on sensory experiences, and assessments through worksheet assignments. Additionally, a component delves into the reading of select holy books.
On the other hand, the entertainment segment features imaginative activities within designated corners, including the imagination corner, kitchen corner, and Lego corner, while also utilizing the outdoor garden space. Lastly, there is a dedicated singing and physical activity period aimed at enhancing speech and mobility skills.
