FUTURE PLANS

Since its establishment, the society had been residing in rented buildings; causing more strain on the society’s budget year after year.

In 2004, the society raised an appeal to friends and supporters to help purchase a plot of land to build a permanent residence. Only with the friends’ constant and sincere support, the society was able to purchase 2,167 (two thousand one hundred and sixty-seven) square meters of land in central Beit Jala.

The land is situated on the main road to give easy access to beneficiaries, who come from different parts of the West Bank.

The Society’s main future plan is to construct a permanent and adapted residence for a school and a resource center for the blind and visually impaired.
